Looks like we may have to put the institution of Fitzmas as a national holiday on hold: Leak Counsel Won’t Charge Rove, Lawyer Announces. The thing about this, after Rove’s five grand jury appearances, is that I’m not sure it changes anyone’s mind about his innocence or guilt; it only shows that Pat Fitzgerald couldn’t prove his involvement sufficiently to send him to trial.
