iPod battery lawsuit settlement

Pending a judge’s approval, Apple has settled pending litigation pertaining to the lifespan and playtime of the batteries in older iPods (such as the one I got for Christmas in 2001). A claim form can be downloaded from the law firm of Girard, Gibbs, and De Bartolomeo.
